Fresh Morning Bagel Crisps

Makes: 2 servings (scale up for company)

Try different types of bagels- plain, multi-grain, blueberry, sesame- whatever you prefer. Create a mixed platter of flavors and a variety of toppings for your next brunch get together.

Ingredients:
One pre-sliced fresh or previously frozen bagel
Your choice of toppings such as
- butter
- jams, jellies or marmalade
- a slice of cheese
- peanut or other nut butter
-cream cheese with lox and red onions

Preparation:
Toast 2 bagel halves
Slicer each half and toast lightly again

Assemble with toppings
